If you know me, you know that I LOVE Travis Porter. I know all their songs...have all their mixtapes...and can quote almost every song! A little obsessed...maybe! Nonetheless, I was so elated when I heard that they signed to Jive Records! When I started school at Hampton, I became #teamtravvy for VA! People up there constantly have something negative to say about them, but I hear their music at every party I go to. I even here it in dorms, cars, the student center, and people just humming!  I want people to understand that these three young men are not only entertainers, they are young men that I think will remain the same even after the papers have been signed!  I enjoy their music...and by the looks of it...every club in America does too! OK I have not really been a fan of Beyonce nor Jay- Z. I have ALWAYS respected their grind...and determination to become entertaining powerhouses! This year...I have no idea why I became obsessed with these two. I don't know if its Beyonce's weave...her smile when she is with him...His money...or his natural glow when he is with her...BUT Bey and Jay are killing em'! I just love these two together. Allegedly Beyonce is expecting a child...so the funny thing about this relationship is to see what the children will look like!  Nonetheless, They are a fabulous couple and I think they are in it for the long haul!





ughhhhhhhhhhh.....THIS IS A HARD TOPIC FOR ME TO DISCUSS!  Kim Kardashian and Reginald Bush were my favorite couple!!  I thought that this was the way a relationship should be! The football boyfriend...with the celebrity wife...and both families full support of the relationship. When she went to the games and sported his jersey...and he made appearances at many of her biggest functions; no one could possibly doubt that this relationship would end. Until  March 23, 2010, when E! news reported that it was officially over. That day I lost all hope in relationships! Until I woke the HECK UP!! What I saw was the television relationship. I had no idea what their relationship was like after the cameras stopped rolling. This was a disappointing break up, but they are another couple in my head!!

Amber goes to jail!!!!!!!

       According to TMZ.com today December 27, 2010 Amber Portwood, from MTV's popular show Teen Mom, was arrested for domestic violence. "Earlier today, the Madison County Prosecutor's Office had charged Portwood with two felony counts of domestic battery, one felony count of neglect of a dependent, and one misdemeanor count of domestic battery." according to TMZ. Her boyfriend Gary Shirley reported that Portwood attacked him on many different occasions, and many of these were captured on video, during the taping of Teen Mom this past season! She was booked into an Indiana Jail and was place on 24 hour hold, and posted a bail of $5,000. 

        Now Amber is known for being abusive towards Gary not only physical, but mental! During the show it is clear that Amber was tired of Gary being lazy and just a typical fat poor white man! Amber on many of the episodes went too far by hitting and punching Gary, especially in front of their child! It is time that Amber is shown a lesson. And let this be a lesson to all the females out there that believe it is ok to put their hands on a man and not expect to pay the consequences!! PSA TO THE LADIES: NEVER PUT YOUR HANDS ON A MAN AND DON'T EXPECT TO GET HIT BACK AND PAY SOME SERIOUS LEGAL CONSEQUENCES!! DOMESTIC ABUSE IS DOMESTIC ABUSE NO MATTER THE GENDER!!

2010 Personal Reflection RANT!

    Often when yearly reflections are done, the famous "shoulda...coulda...woulda's" roll around. People talk about how they are going to change, and how things will be better next year. And while this is something that we find ourselves being swept up in, I am trying my hardest to reflect on all the positive things I have done in 2010. 

          Although often my ADD spews out of my inner soul, 2010 was a very productive year! I graduated from high school, I finished my first semester of college at Hampton University, I met some wonderful people, I changed my major (Biology ----->SCRIPPS!!!!!!!!!), I partied, I laughed, I gained freshman 15 (well that's not positive but...) I studied....I cleaned lol, but most of all... I REMAINED MYSELF! I ended the semester with a sorry 3.0....I could have done a lot better, but I no longer stress! I know that I tried my best and the only way to go is up! 

       Hampton University was one of my best experiences in 2010! As I said before, I met new people, who made my first semester GREAT! Although at some points I wanted to transfer because I felt like I was not being prepared, towards the end of the semester I grew to love it!  Because we party everyday from 12pm- 2pm in the student center...Study on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, and party on Thursday, Friday, Saturday....Dress up for class...S**t after every cafe meal...and go to the Harbors when bored...I have been molded into a true Hamptonian. What can I say #hamptonmademethisway!

Now the year is coming to the end and I have ABSOLUTELY no regrets!! 2011 better get ready for Nicole Brianna...because I'm coming like a snow storm in Buffalo, NY (hahha lame I know!)
